I am so glad I came across this. I've been struggling with constant hunger and weight gain for years now. I try to eat less but I feel hungry all the time. It's exhausting. Has anyone here actually tried these patches?

I don't want injections either so this is interesting. If it really helps with feeling full, that would be a game changer. Dieting has never worked long term for me.
