We offer a 90-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used patches.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We may request photos for verification.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials or regulated items


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
